These terms apply when you use Wobbi. By using the app you agree to them. Last updated 16 October 2026.
What the app is
Wobbi is a self-help diary, thought-record, journaling and calming toolkit. It is provided by Wobbi (“we”).
Not medical advice
The app and anything in it (including summaries, progress, insights and AI output) is for general self-help and information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist or emergency service. Do not ignore professional advice because of something you read here. If you are in crisis or might harm yourself or someone else, call your local emergency number or use the support options in the app.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian’s permission.
Your account and your content
- An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.
- Your entries are yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and sync them for you.
- You are responsible for what you write and attach. Do not use the app to break the law.
Focus guard
The optional Focus guard uses iOS Screen Time to pause apps you choose until you finish a quick activity. Activities such as push-ups are on the honour system and must only be done if they are safe for you. It is self-help, not medical or parental-control software, and you can switch it off at any time.
AI features
AI features are optional and use your own Google API key. Output can be wrong or unsuitable. It is untrusted suggestion, not advice. Your use of Google’s service is governed by Google’s terms and billing.
Wobbi Pro (optional subscription)
Wobbi Pro is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you subscribe. Prices may vary by country and are shown by the App Store before you confirm. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Things that keep you safe, and your own data, are never behind the subscription: the SOS siren, breathing and grounding, crisis support, check-ins, journal, worry time, reminders, and exporting or deleting your data.
Coins and rewards
Coins are a fun in-app marker of your own activity. They have no cash value, cannot be bought with money and cannot be transferred.
Acceptable use
- No attempting to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- No using another person’s account.
- No unlawful, harassing or harmful content.
Availability and changes
We try to keep the app and sync working but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features may change. Because the app works on your device, keep your own export if your data matters to you.
Ending use
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Apple
If you got the app from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance, is not responsible for claims about the app, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them. Apple’s standard licensed-application end-user terms also apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Wobbi’s publisher is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights where you live are not affected.
